1. Dusting - furniture, plus - we remove cobwebs; dust high and low ledges; clean light fixtures; dust louvered doors and venetian blinds; wash mirrors and T.V. screens; clean off fingerprints around doorways, lightswitches, halls, etc. and vacuum upholstery.

2. Floors - thorough vacuuming throughout; we move furniture as needed and keep edges and corners clean. Kitchen and bathroom floors are thoroughly washed (including corners) each visit. Other hard surfaces floors are washed as needed.

3. Kitchen - we thoroughly wash countertops, splash areas, cupboard doors (both sides), outside appliances (including rings and drip pans on stove), plus inside the fridge and microwave, polish the sink, and scrub the floor.

4. Bathroom - fixtures (tub / toilet / sink), tiles and grout, shower doors and track, counter, splash areas, mirror, light, and floor (by hand).

5. Windows - optional.
